Rock Soup, Saturday, January 27: Ski or Snowshoe to work up an appetite for an amazing “Rock Soup” .Bea will combine ingredients brought by Panhandle Nordic Club folks and friends. Drop off your additions such as a can of beans, raw vegetables, etc. at the Panhandle Warming Hut before 2 pm. Bring something to share such as a dessert or main dish to complete the meal. We will have plates, cups, napkins and utensils. Apple cider, tea, and instant coffee will be available. Bring your own favorite beverage. It may be a late day so a headlamp would be a good idea for the trip back to the parking lot. The grooming crew will work their magic before the Event so come prepared for FUN! Karen
